Virtual Holiday Camp

I understand that part of the virtual camp involves activities and interactions that may be new to my child(ren), and that they may come with certain risks. I am aware of these risks, and I am assuming them on behalf of my child(ren). I realize that no environment is risk-free, and so I have instructed my child(ren) on the importance of abiding by the camp’s rules. I further agree that a parent, guardian or a person over 18 years of age, must supervise, each and every online segment of virtual camp. Each sign in must be completed by parent/guardian utilizing their email on file with Campdoc. Campers/siblings under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or signing in using their personal email. Full permission and authority is granted to HIC and its representatives to photograph or video the applicant and to use, publish, and release for publication said photos and video relating to the program of HIC. The first name of such person may be used in conjunction with the above, with the understanding that there will be no exploitation of the applicant and that any photographs used will be in good taste. I hereby release and discharge Happiness Is Camping and any and all other parties in interests, from all claims, demands, grievances, and causes of action of every kind whatsoever, including but not limited to, all liability for damages of every kind, nature, or description which may arise from or out of any injury incurred by my child/ward while participating in camp in a box and virtual camp activities or events. It is agreed that any dispute or cause of action arising between the parties, whether out of this agreement or otherwise, can only be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Warren County, New Jersey, and shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey. These authorizations are limited to the 2020 Virtual Holiday Camp.
